Dr. Sabrina Ricks
President of SBR Workplace Leadership Services
Dr. Sabrina Brandon Ricks is the president of SBR Workplace Leadership Services which specializes in training, policy development, and curriculum design for organizations against harassment and bullying. She is a member of the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce where she serves as an ambassador. She is also a volunteer for the Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton Volunteer Fire Department where she serves as the election officer and an instructor for various courses. She sits on the national workplace bullying prevention committee for the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Dr. Ricks is an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College where she instructs in the business and student development departments. She is also the executive director for Prince William County Community Foundation. The Leadership Center of Excellence selected Dr. Ricks as one of the 40 under 40 honorees for 2021. Dr. Ricks was also selected as one of the top five influential women of 2021 by Prince William Living magazine. Finally, her work is never done as she is a wife and she is a stepmother to three young adults.
