RMJJ Executive Director

As RMJJ Executive Director, Mr. Anderson works with the RMJJ Co-chairs and collaborative leadership team to lead and guide the work of RMJJ’s to build the capacity of the workforce to understand and eliminate racial inequities, disparities and disproportionality within our community in Charlotte, NC.

Mr. Anderson obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC and received a Master’s in Social Service Administration (MSSA) and a Master in Management of Nonprofit Organization (MNO) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.

His previous experience includes serving as an Associate Professor and BSW Director of Field Education at Johnson C. Smith University, Department of Social Work.  Mr. Anderson is a consultant, trainer and facilitator who has a broad and diverse practice background in various macro and micro setting.
