Demetria Butler is an HR professional with over 10 years’ experience mostly working in the public sector.  She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management as well as advanced HR certifications, and has held senior HR roles within the City of Charlotte for the Charlotte Fire Department and Charlotte Water.  Demetria possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including: recruitment, employee training, performance management, leadership development and diversity, equity and inclusion.
