Beth spent 20 years in Corporate America before realizing her dream of entrepreneurship. With over 2 decades experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology, she has a proven track record in strategic planning, diversity & inclusion, project management, mentoring, customer relationships, and career advancement. Beth recently opened her own boutique consulting firm where she guides small businesses in the strategic development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion programs. 

Beth has written two books.  Her first book, Get Up, details her journey through depression and anxiety as the result of sexual abuse and her second book, You Belong Here, explores the topic of self-inclusion. Beth sits on the board of South Carolina’s Women’s Rights & Empowerment Network. Beth is mom to one daughter, Isabella, and in her spare time blogs and travels.
