This session will provide insight and tools to manage community and organizational perceptions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In a combination case study and lecture format, attendees will learn strategies and best practices for creating and sustaining a progressive DEI environment that leads to greater community trust and improved organizational performance.
