Tina is the managing partner of the Charlotte office of the O’Hagan Meyer law firm. In her practice, which focuses on employment litigation and counseling, she represents employers against a wide variety of employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination in federal and state courts, as well as before federal and state administrative agencies. In addition to litigation, Tina routinely advises employers on a vast range of employment issues including, among other issues, the investigation, discipline, and termination of employees; employment agreements (including non-competition and non-disclosure provisions); whistleblower allegations; employee attendance and leave issues under the FMLA, ADA, and other state and federal laws; compliance with wage and hour laws; and OSHA and NLRB investigations. Tina also regularly represents clients in professional liability, commercial, and other civil actions in federal and state courts. Tina is licensed to practice law in Virginia as well as North Carolina, and prior to attending law school, she worked for more than ten years as an employment and litigation paralegal at corporate law firms in New York City and Charlotte.
