Born out of a thirty-year career dedicated to fitness and wellness, focusing on aging populations, Anthony Rentas developed the unique company Ex-Tensions, the first Stretching Facility. Anthony understands that in order to age, optimally, exercising isn’t enough. It is through a commitment to wellness, caring for the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – that one can defy or slow the inevitable aging process.
